What You’ll Do:

  • Answers telephone calls and/or passes them on
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Provide support in finding the qualified candidates for Caregiver positions.
  • Arrange telephone/in-person interviews
  • Assist HR department in onboarding caregivers & maintaining personnel files
  • Assist Client Care Coordinator in daily tasks such as data entry
  • Utilize DocuSign to send forms to new hires and clients.

  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34,000.00 per year
