Job description
Administrative Assistant Needed for Construction Company located in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Duties include:
Draft proposals to customers
Accounts payable/Accounts Receivable
Payroll (through payroll company) (will train)
Email correspondence
Maintain insurance policies
Assist in renewing Department of Buildings licenses, BIC renewals, and OSHA requirements for workers (will train)
Pull DOB and DOT permits (will train)
Track rental payments for owner's investment properties
Schedule appointments
Knowledge of Quickbooks online a plus
Part time 3-4 days per week 8:30-4:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY 11215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
