About Vay:

The role:

We are building a world-class, scalable finance function at Vay ready for our future growth. In this position, you have the opportunity to create with us a highly automated finance environment with new technologies. We are looking for an intern to support our finance team with day-to-day tasks as well as setting up structures and processes for our fast-growing organization.

The responsibilities:

• Support on preparatory bookkeeping: collection and upload of incoming invoices
• Manage expense claims and purchasing via credit card solution
• Support in setting up new guidelines and processes as well as bringing them to life
• Support our annual budgeting process

The profile:

• Motivated and self-driven
• Full-time Master’s/Bachelor's student in Finance/Accounting//Management
• Excellent Excel and Analytical skills
• Ability to structure, visualize and solve problems in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to haves:

• Fluent German is a plus
• Initial experience in Finance field is a plus
