Our software company is doing really interesting work with major companies including AB Inbev, Johnson Controls, FedEx, Truist Bank, and many others. We’re growing fast and we need some part-time help on our Finance Team. We wake up every day with the goal of helping our clients thrive.


As an Accounting Coordinator, you’ll work with the VP of Finance and our Leadership Team to support the business operations, contract management, and human resources functions of our growing company. You’ll have a direct impact on bottom line metrics and mission critical decisions in this role designed for growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities:


Accounting

  • Revenue Recognition
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Accounting System Maintenance
  • Sales and Use Tax Tracking and Remittance
  • Annual Report Tracking and Filing

Accounts Receivable

  • Monthly and Periodic Invoice Processing
  • Accounts Receivable Tracking and Collection

Accounts Payable

  • Invoice Validation, Approval, and Processing
  • Vendor Management

Contract Management

  • Filing, Organizing, and Maintaining Client Contracts
  • Project Setup / Budget Tracking
  • Quote Preparation and Expansion Coordination


Executive Support

  • Ad Hoc Reporting
  • Travel Arrangements – Leadership Team, Remote Team Members, and Advisory Board
  • Internal and External Meeting Coordination

Required Education and Experience:

  • Experience as a Staff Accountant, Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, V-Lookups
  • Proficient with MS Office 365
  • QuickBooks Online is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS industry preferred
