Car Pros Automotive Group is seeking a full time Accounting Clerk to work in the Corporate Office

Company Overview Car Pros is a family owned and operated company for over 25 years, and is the premier dealer of new Kia, Honda and Hyundai in Washington and California. Car Pros employs more than 500 individuals and operates 7 automotive dealerships. The Car Pros Foundation supports humanitarian, health, and educational causes in Western Washington.

What will you be doing?

As an Accounting Clerk at Car Pros Automotive Group, you will perform any combination of the following and similar administrative and accounting duties: Remittance of Service Warranty, APPI Products and Contracts Prepare and finalize car sale paperwork and process and post deals to CDK Software Process flat cancels of products Stock in new vehicles Process flat cancels of Car Sale paperwork, Dealer Trades, after sales cancellations and Communicate with Sales and Finance department on a daily basis. Also you will verify vehicle sales information in CDK (-FI application) with all documents sent from Finance Accountant may conduct Biller functions and must verify several screens in FI:

REQUIREMENTS for Car Pros Accounting Clerk / Biller.

One year of relevant experience

Excellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and the Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Organized and great at multi-tasking

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00
