EVCO Plastics, a privately owned custom injection molding company located in DeForest, WI is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. Friday, Saturday and Sunday work 34.5 hours and be paid for 40! 6am - 6pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 3 - 5 years supervisory / leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Injection Molding Exp. a plus

· Experience with teambuilding and continuous improvement practices

· Understanding of ISO 9001 and OSHA Standards

· Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Plan, control and direct production activities on the assigned shift

· Effectively communicate procedures, responsibilities and safety requirements to the team

· Enforce company policies and disciplinary action

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure the flow of production is maintained

· Monitor the training and coaching of new employees to maintain high-levels of employee satisfaction and meet company standards

· Alert to spot problems that require Management and/ or Human Resource’s attention
