Working Student for Source to Pay in IT Services (m/f/d)
About the role
To support our Source to Pay team in IT Services we are searching for a Working student preferably located in our Ismaning (Munich) office. We offer diverse and interesting tasks which require a high amount of self-responsibility as well as exciting insights into our Supply Execution services within a global IT organization.

What you will do
As a Working student you will support the different areas of the Source to Pay, such as Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management etc. in different internal activities as well as project assignments. You will help analyzing incoming demands and independently take over and run diverse support tasks related to the end-to-end processes.
Main tasks

Demand management and analysis

Actively support the team in daily operations in Source to Pay area, including service management and coordination

Provide support with project management tasks for various projects in this area
-
Contribute to running projects, for example related to Digital transformation as well as further development and implementation of the IT solutions and processes.

Take over project tasks including software development, development of reports, testing and documentation
Who You Are
Key Competencies
Bachelor or Master student in Computer Sciences, Business Informatics / Mathematics, Business Administration/ Logistics with a focus on IT, Digital Technology and/or Innovation Management or other relevant field
We are looking for competencies and experience in following areas

Basic project management knowledge

Basic understanding of Source to pay related IT applications

Knowledge in Supply execution related processes (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) would be advantageous
