Responsibilities

• Works with Customer Service as far as what was shipped. Ie: codes, reading of
  loading diagram, etc.
• Prepares daily shortage report and daily dispatch schedule for local, long haul,
  customer carrier and co-pack loads.
• Properly utilizes Warehouse Management System and assists employees with usage
  and problem resolution.
• Assists with Inventory control and calculations.
• Assists in the training of Warehouse employees.
• Assists Scheduling Manager with master schedule and establishing sequence and lead
  times to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Assists in the preparation of the department budget and monitoring of the
  expenditure of funds in budget.
