Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Hours: 4 PM - 1:00 AM or till cases are complete; O/T per business demands
Work Week: Monday - Friday; Sat + Sun OFF!
Starting base hourly rate: $17.00 per hour

• Additional $1/hr shift differential (2nd/3rd shift)
• Additional $2/hr freezer differential
• *Review for base hourly rate increase upon completion of training and meeting established productivity goals

Job description:

Select cases and other food and non-foods products containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets, and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment, promptly observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to serve the company best.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• 6 months – 1 year of warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a motorized pallet jack.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and repeatedly lift throughout the shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 20 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer, and dry. Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 months – 1 year of warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a motorized pallet jack. Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
Motorized pallet jack certified

Preferred Professional Certification(s): Motorized pallet jack certified
