This position is in the Warehouse. This is not an office job.
Wren Kitchens is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Warehouse Administrator. This position requires strong computer skills as well as the experience working day to day in a manufacturing facility. We are looking for a responsible Administrator who can work effectively with a team of individuals who are responsible for the manufacturing of our Kitchens.
Main responsibilities:
Handle administrative requests and queries from manager
Provide general support to Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports,
Assist with HR functions (such as note taking for Investigation / Disciplinary Meetings)
Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests / sickness etc.
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
Monitoring incoming emails and responding in a timely manner
Daily reporting of free issues from departments
Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
Provide general administrative support within all areas of the warehouse
Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
Undertake any other duties as reasonably as requested by management
Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
Who are we looking for?
Ability to work on own initiative
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in an administration function
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to be on your feet for the full 8 hours shift
- Please note: You only get a 30 minute lunch during your 8 hour shift. No unpaid breaks are provided during your 8 hour period.
