Position Overview

In this highly interactive role, you will represent Moocho in one of our key markets, typically areas surrounding a major college or university. You will build brand awareness, acquire new users, and drive Moocho’s continued growth! A Day in The Life

While each day is unique, the list below gives you a glimpse into the key activities of a Field Marketing Associate:

• Build strong relationships with consumers and retail partners
• Engage with potential customers via face-to-face interactions at in-store promotional events
• Execute Nationwide marketing campaigns and provide feedback
• Setup/tear down promotional tabling events
• Willing to travel when necessary for events
• Troubleshoot technology glitches when necessary
• Collaborate with Moocho Corporate Marketing to increase customer acquisition and drive growth

What Do I Need to Be Successful?

Below are some of the traits and qualifications of a successful Field Marketing Associate:

• Previous sales, promotional marketing or direct customer service experience
• Excellent communication and people skills – this role is 100% face to face interaction
• Highly motivated, passion for sales and positive mindset - tenacity and resiliency are key!
• Eager to learn and grow
• Team player mentality, but also works well independently
• Able to dedicate 35 hours/week on average to the role
• Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required

Compensation

$20/hr + commission. Our average Traveling Brand Ambassador's make $30/hr, while our top performing make $50/hr.
