This role can be based Globally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Training Business Partner for vertical Critical Care managing stakeholders and partners. Regular needs assessment to design and deliver product training concepts and trainings globally as part of global Sales Academy Curriculum
  • Design, development and implementation of learning and training solutions as trainer or by training of trainers (TTT approach). Follow the agreed global academy standards for design, development and delivery
  • Consult the vertical partners to find the right training methodologies for identified target groups and content. Use modular training approach to serve multi target groups (internal and third party e.g. distributors)
  • Coordination of the creation of training documentation (e.g. design, identification and transfer of internal/external proven/optimal learning content within the respective curricula part (Critical Care)
  • Define and establish relevant metrics to capture the training quality following the agreed academy standards
  • Continued development of contemporary formal and informal learning/training methods, incorporating global standards together with other Training Business Partners
  • Support for training programs within the framework of studies and product development
  • Participation and input within the regular global/vertical(s) Learning Council meetings to agree and further develop the learning strategy and governance
  • Follow all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs as amended from time to time ("FME Policies").

Critical Deliverables:

  • Bi-yearly analysis of training needs, alignment, and plan review with the vertical Critical Care. Delivery against planned training & education elements
  • Manage training design and delivery projects with the interfacing partners from Critical Care (SME’s) and global learning team, agencies, training vendors and other parties
  • Create overall roadmap and projects with milestone plan and manage accordingly by holding all involved parties accountable to deliver in agreed timelines

Critical Competencies:

  • Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Critical Experience:

  • Successfully completed technical, business administration or educational studies or
  • Specialist qualified professional training with additionally at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function in an internationally active company in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Many years of professional experience (3-5) years with a focus on adult education and learning in an international environment. Training of trainers and training delivery
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing training stakeholders (internal customers (business/functional owners, SME’s, and other parties)
  • Experience in project management
  • Instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or Equivalent)
  • Knowledge of effective learning processes and operating models in the learning sector
  • Knowledge of effective learning methods/formats for formal, informal, or social learning.
  • Knowledge of the health care business. Strong FME business and product knowledge, specific Critical Care
  • Trainer experience, certified trainer
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority at levels higher and lower than one’s own
