Welcome to Choices, Chances, Changes! We are a mental/substance abuse outpatient treatment facility. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe, non-judgmental forum in order to reduce resistance where cognitive behavioral interventions, reviews, and appropriate behaviors can be implemented; to raise a coordinated community response toward prevention of relapse and/or recidivism; and to nurture solutions encompassed within the constructs of Choices, Chances, Changes programs.

We offer comprehensive services through our clinical team. We provide ongoing learning opportunities, as well as options to progress within the field in various interest areas.

Choices, Chances, Changes is hiring a Therapist/Counselor (BA completed and MA started in SW, MFT, or MHC preferred) to join our rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree experience in Therapy required.
• Master's degree in progress for Marriage/Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (SW), or Mental Health Counselor (MHC) preferred.
• We can accept Associates or Intern Therapists for the position, but do allow applications for unpaid field experience opportunities while working on your Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Individual, couples, groups, and family therapy
• Availability for 8 to 40 clinical hours/week in addition to 1.5 hours/week of meetings
• Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm with flexibility on days and hours
• No required work on weekends
• Create comprehensive therapeutic assessments and treatment planning with proper documentation
• Contribute and Learn in weekly Clinical Consultation Groups with other therapists in your office
• Attend exciting weekly Company-Wide Announcement Meetings

Compensation

• Hourly position ($25-30/hr), pay based upon credentials and experience
• 2 hours/week of compensated administrative time for collaboration, clinical documentation, and charting
• Up to $1200 in provided office equipment, dependent on location
