Technician in After Sales Service - Team Leader Team Retrofit / Used Machines (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Elaboration of customer-specific inquiries in cooperation with our specialist departments(electrical engineering, design, production, application engineering, etc.)
• Preparation of quotations for retrofits, modernizations, software updates and related services, as well as used machines.
• Calculation and elaboration of new service products/packages
• Sales of service contracts (software, maintenance, warranty contracts)
• Support in the conception of sales strategies for service products
• Active customer advisory service as well as preparation and implementation of presentations
• Support of our national and international branches as well as the sales force

‍
Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or comparable training

(specialising in mechanical or electrical engineering)

• High customer orientation, ideally already first sales experience
• Understanding of calculations and offers
• Strong communication skills, negotiation and closing skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
