We are pleased to announce the opening for a MDS Operational Test & Evaluation Specialist who will join our Engineering Services Team in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for telling a story of the effectiveness, suitability survivability of MDS, based on data.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You’ll be providing test support to the Missile Defense System (BMDS) Operational Test Agency (OTA) Team. You will be actively involved in test, assessment, and analysis tasks that occur in cooperation the Missile Defense Agency and Warfighter communities. You will have a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of MDS testing, from initial concept and requirements development to detailed analysis and assessment reporting.

Here’s what you’ll need:

You must have a Bachelor’s degree at minimum, in a field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Technical Discipline. In lieu of a degree, the candidate should possess 15 or more years in development and/or test planning, reviewing, and executing testing, and reporting of operational testing. Also, we’re looking for someone with 8 or more years full-time professional experience in areas such as: a technical discipline, business, or logistics. Finally, you must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance. Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.

You also must have:

• Familiarity with DoD drawings, specifications practices, formats, and procedures.
• Extensive operational experience with one or more BMDS element with a
• Demonstrated knowledge of BMDS sensors, shooters, and battle management and communications as well as HWIL and Digital Assessment Venues.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independently develop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required by the customer to communicate complex technical issues.
• The ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI.

Other qualifications we hope you bring to the table:

• Active TOP SECRET with SCI is highly desired.
• Experience with DoD integrated test philosophy, test regulations, and coordinated test and evaluation programs.
• Experience with operational testing and assessment of effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of a weapon system.
• Experience in Mission Data Processing, Data Analysis and Dissemination, Data Archive and Storage.
• Experience in requirements development/derivation/management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Customer and across multiple organizational levels including Program Management and junior engineering staff.
