Team Leads are responsible for ensuring all Team Members perform job responsibilities and are empowered to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Team Leads routinely use Jamba tools and manuals to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
Your Role:
- Perform all duties of team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean work enviroment
- Ensure all Team Members are performing their job responsibilities
- Take responsibility for opening/ closing the store
- Running a shift of 2-8 team members
- Have fun, be expressive & creative
- Treat all other Team Members with dignity, respect, and honesty
- You must be at least 18 years of age
