As a Strategy & Operations Manager - Munich (M/F/D) you will work closely with our Operations Lead and the city team to implement the city’s growth strategy and take over your own projects to expand our business! The job is challenging, requires hard work with a lot of responsibility. The learning curve will be stellar - if you are looking to grow and are ready to put in the hustle, then this is your job!

Munich was launch by the BEAT81 expansion team in summer 2021 and has grown rapidly since then. We now operate several indoor HIIT studios, Indoor Cycling studios and 10+ outdoor locations all across Munich. Now we are looking for a (Jr.) Strategy & Operations Manager who can help us expand our operations in Munich and surrounding areas further and revolutionize the local fitness scene.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take over and drive your own projects within our operations to make BEAT81 the biggest player in the fitness market in Munich
• Ensure first class customer & coach experience at all of our locations
• Manage the launch of new indoor and outdoor locations
• Use data to optimize the matching of supply & demand
• Help us expand beyond the borders of Munich into surrounding cities

YOUR PROFILE

• Graduate, with a bachelor degree ideally in the field of Business or similar
  
• 1-3 years professional experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a successful early-stage start-up with offline operations. Graduates are also welcome to apply if you have already collected previous work experience through internships or similar in an entrepreneurial environment.
  
• Strong hands-on mentality and track-record of achievements
  
• Autonomous and structured working style paired with an entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude
• People person with great communication skills
  
• Fluent in English and German
• Knowledge of the market in Munich, ideally currently living in this location
