EMPLOYER: GEODIS Logistics, LLCPOSITION TITLE: Senior Systems Analyst (Multiple Positions)
WORK LOCATION: 6200 West Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85043
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for analysis, development, testing, implementation and support relating to the Company’s Warehouse Management Systems; responsible for complex data entry, mapping, configuring and programming systems at all locations, as well as for special projects for technology implementations including coordination of data gathering and systems analysis; conducts requirement analysis and definition for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); collaborates with implementation management team to ensure overall solutions align with and support the company’s strategic plan; ensures that the deliverables satisfy the business requirements; provides functional configuration within the Manhattan WMS; provides functional testing within the Manhattan WMS; supports training for end users of the Manhattan WMS; provides support during project design by deploying Manhattan changes (SDN); supports data entry into the Manhattan WMS during configuration and testing; interfaces with internal technical staff and external vendors to define application solutions and resolve problems within the warehouse control system (WCS); develops training materials for end users of the Manhattan WMS.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; five (5) years experience working with distribution systems; experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Connectship; experience with Oracle SQL and Shell Script; knowledge of Manhattan WMS tables; WCS vendor relations experience; PC literacy with a command of MS Office to include: Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
