We’re currently hiring a Slot Floor Attendant to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude
• Troubleshoot and repair minor problems at the machine; Documents the repairs unable to be fix at machine level
• Circulate throughout assigned area, maintaining visibility for guests within that area
• Provide information to guests, such as how to play various gaming machines, and general information about the casino and games offered Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests
• Witness/verify machine jackpots, both at the gaming machine and on manual documents
• Summons restaurant or beverage service as requested
• Notify the manager of positive and negative feedback from customers; Assist in resolving guest complaints
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the gaming area

Qualifications

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• High School Diploma (or GED) or on the job training in slot machine maintenance and repair
• Experience as a Slot Floor Attendant
• Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with guests, management, fellow employees and vendors/contractors
• Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed
• Accurate money handling skills
• Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation
• Able to obtain a Gaming Registration card

Pay Range
$12.00 - 13.00 per hour
