JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY.

Power Depot Inc. to increase the service department operation is seeking a Service Assistant. As Service Assistant, you will coordinate the servicing of the company the effective manner and guaranty a high level of customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Manage all incoming service e-mails in a timely manner.

- Answer Service customer incoming phone calls in a timely manner

- Make the external and internal service schedule.

- Electronically file the service documents in the correct folders

- Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance.

- Communicate and request the require part to the inventory department.

- Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs.

- Create the service order on the company system.

- Follow up to service pending on parts.

- Coordinate the rental fleet equipment pick-up and delivery.

- Elaborate parts and service quotation.

- Assist with timely and accurate billing.

- Admin the technician training plan.

- Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS.

· High School Diploma, preferred

  • Valid driver's license.

· Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience

· Ability to multitask.

  • Supervisory skills.

· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • Flexible of approach to problem solving.

· Bilingual English/ Spanish Language skills is helpful.
