Job description

Looking for someone to join our front of the house team for both serving and host shifts. Fri & Sat night availability is a must. 2-3 shifts per week available

• Serving Pay is tipped minimum wage plus tips (our servers average $50/hour)
• Service Bartender Pay is tipped minimum wage plus tips (our hosts average $25/hour)

Serving shifts duties include

• Greets and serves guests food and drinks.
• Sends orders to the kitchen or bar and delivers them to tables.
• Responsible for cashing out guests.
• Cleans the front of the house by busing and wiping tables/bar, vacuuming, and sweeping.
• Stocks under service counter, service cooler, and service glasses.
• Responsible for cleaning all service areas in the kitchen.
• Responsible for rolling silverware and filling water bottles.
• Answers the phone.
• Completes pre-shift prep including understanding of the specials, du jour items, and any promotions on shift.
• Responsible for taking to go orders.
• Completes pre and post shift duties.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
• Cleans out coolers & Stocks the bathrooms.

Service Bartender duties include:

• Make drinks for the service bar
• Keep bar area wiped clean
• Stock beer, wine, liquor and juices
• Clean draft system & cooler doors
• Wash fragile glassware in the bar sinks
• Stock glasses as they come out of the dishwasher
• Roll silverware & cut fruit for service
• Basic computer knowledge
• Complete preshift prep including understanding of the specials, du jour items and any promotions on shift
• knowledge of the menu and ingredients of each menu item
