Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, Debonair Supper Club will offer our guests innovative takes on modern fusion comfort food, progressive and elevated cocktail/mocktail program, tableside hookah service, a sommelier curated wine list, and world-class live and digital entertainment. All these exciting features will be encompassed within a beautiful and lively space designed specifically for the people of Orlando. Over the past year, we have been hard at work developing each of these aspects and now it’s time for us to develop the most important aspect of Debonair Supper Club, our team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for outgoing, detail oriented, and versatile back servers. We are seeking those who are dynamic, driven, team focused, organized, detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The
The ideal candidate has experience in a fast paced, high energy environment. The back servers should have a strong interest in food/wine/beverage as there will be opportunities to grow vertically in the company. Debonaire believes in the cultivation of the individuals who choose to join our organization and so when opportunities do open in the future, we will always look to our existing staff first. There will be various outlets where this role will be needed, therefore you must be willing to work in an environment where monotony will be non-existent. We will have various services (Lounge, Patio, Dinning, Late Night) and so flexibility is important

Preferred Candidate:

• Have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Assist with general service as assigned, support servers and captains throughout event/shift. Maintain table and section cleanliness throughout event/shift.
• Use the equipment associated with the position.
• Inspect and maintain assigned area, including taking count for inventory, restock necessary product and supplies.
• Set up our space for full operation as assigned by management and captains. Assist in event set up as assigned.
• Maintain a clean/hygienic workstations
• Must be self- motivated and willing to learn.
• Requires the ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
• Always communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors. Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions.
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat environment on a consistent basis.
• Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
• We are looking for individuals with experience in a guest facing setting.
• Experience in restaurants is not required but a general passion for food and beverage is a must.
• Willing/eager to learn about food and beverage as we will focus on the education of our staff so that they can progress in this industry.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.

Pay: $6.98 per hour
