Robinson Innovations is hiring for the part-time, Serial Changer position. Must commit to EVERY Saturday 12hr shift (7 am-7 pm). Perfect for anyone looking for a part-time or second job. MUST HAVE RELIABLE DAILY TRANSPORTATION TO THE PLANT IN LAWTON OK. No tolerances for transportation excuses.

Essential Functions of This Role:

• Changing Serial number plates from the Curing Presses, being careful not to scratch the surface of the mold.
• These plates are changed using small hand tools from the Curing Presses every Saturday for new week tire runs.
• Must be able to shut down and start different types of presses. Lock Out/Tag Out.
• Able to climb stairs and work at different height levels
• Serial number plates will be changed from both the top( might require you to reach above the head or climb stairs) and the bottom ( might require you to kneel or lie down).
• The candidate must be able to stand and walk 95% of the workday. Standing and walking on concrete for long periods of time(the entire 12-hour shift).
• Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
• Must be able to follow directions, have a good working attitude, and understand/follow all safety practices.

Requirements:

• Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching above the head.
• Ability to work in a team and independent environments.
• PPE is to be worn at all times when in Plant. (Steel-Toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, and mask) Must have Steel Toe shoes by the first day.
• Required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive work.
• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. Exposed to plant elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.
• On-the-job training. Good attendance and punctuality IS A MUST in order to meet production needs.
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm.
• Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test. Immediate hire after passing background and drug screen.
