What You Will Do:

Our Operations Research/Systems Analysts are experienced professionals who apply cryptologic theories and principles to operations research and decision analysis. They work directly with teammates and our National Security clients to execute the following job responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain foundational inputs necessary to design and implement effective internal controls and rules for protecting privacy rights during the conduct of cryptologic operations

  • Protect privacy rights using a combination of mission compliance obligations, documentation of rules, and effective rules management and data governance designed to continually improve mission compliance

  • Support obligation and rules definition for authorities that are subject to Department of Defense Manual 5240.01 Procedures 1-4 under NSA/CSS Policy 12-3, specifically the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB), Cybersecurity, and non-SIGINT authority domains

  • Develop rules and control models for the DIB and Cybersecurity domains


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with Full Scope/Lifestyle (FS) Polygraph.

  • EIGHT (8) years of combined experience applying Signals Intelligence methodologies to preparing analysis reports as well as applying cryptologic theories and principles to operations research and decision analysis.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member

  • Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines

  • Experience in planning and organizing

  • Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
