YOUR TEAM

As one joint team we announced our software alliance to excel theautomated driving market.
We truly want to make our mark and develop convincing software products for theautomotive industry: These products rank from temporarily taking-off your handsfrom the steering wheel (SAE Level 2) to our highway pilot (SAE Level 3). #AutonomousDriving


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Become the single point of interface with central HR and recruitment teams and steer project activities like headcount planning and management, assimilation of relevant data via regular alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent information and reporting obligations to e.g. Board of Management of CARIAD SE and the Supervisory Board of CARIAD via the PMO
  • Via strong collaboration with central HR and recruitment teams, drive project level control, define and improve netting guidelines, support netting calculations with finance and legal teams, support implementation of trainings via engagement with CARIAD Academy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and support overall onboarding journey of candidates
  • Foster transparency in communication of data and facts related to resource requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field
  • Self-driven individual who thrives in a global, fast-paced work environment coupled with a startup mentality
  • Structured and independent working style with strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
