We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Controls Manager to join our expanding Cloud Services team and work as a part of the Business Risk and Internal Controls (BRIC) group to help ensure that operational risks in the business are well defined, managed proactively and issues are taken care of in a timely manner. You will be working with a team of dedicated people who bring a lot of energy, focus and fresh ideas that support our mission to provide value by seeing the world
What you are good at
Leading teams that carry out the design, development, and deployment of technology risk management frameworks to provide and maintain security for the organization technology architecture and products- Leading others to solve sophisticated problems
- Design business requirements for GRC system of record for controls testing, and ensure ongoing accurate use and support
- Facilitate internal controls framework development, ensuring coordination of partner participation, feedback, and consensus, along with ongoing maintenance and validation of framework compliance
- Coordinate audit engagements
- Assist and maintain controls, procedures, and the collection of supporting evidence documentation
What you have
Highly specialized domain knowledge and advanced business experience to perform highly complex analysis of technology security gaps- Skill to evaluate standards, tools, processes, and knowledge requirements for technology risk management skill and career development
- Extensive work and/or industry experience to provide guidance on process and procedure best practices that result in functional and cross-functional efficiency
- The expertise to lead and help others solve issues of diverse scope.
