Compensation for this position between the ranges of $106,969.00 and $ 130,000,salary is based on candidate’s qualifications and skills.
Tek Experts is seeking a passionate and experienced communications professional to join our team as a Senior Internal Communications Manager. As a member of the Global Communications Team, you will support the Director, Executive Communications to deliver a multi-channel communications strategy that informs, inspires and ignites price in our employees around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a multi-directional internal communication strategy created by the Director, Executive Communications to enable strategic alignment and employee engagement across the company.
- Creation and execution of business-as-usual communications for country sites, including written and video content that distills the corporate narrative into easy-to-understand communications. Measure and evaluate all communication activities to drawn meaningful insights from data analysis.
- Engage with various business partners and stakeholders including HR, business leaders and country managers to support their communications objectives and offer guidance and best practice for their internal communications.
- Create and execute communications plans for HR initiatives such as Grow with Tek, total rewards, bonuses and more.
- Support the Director, Executive Communications in the planning and execution of global employee townhalls, while also collating and creating global content to be shared at quarterly country townhalls.
- Launch and manage an effective employee listening channel.
- Ensure compliance with content standards and brand guidelines across all internal communications content and materials.
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or another related discipline and/or 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Proven ability to create and deliver informative, engaging and inspirational communications.
- A skilled communicator with experience in distilling corporate narratives and information into easy-to-understand messaging.
- Comfortable and experienced working within a fast-paced global business and managing multiple projects and activities at once.
- A strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion and an understanding of the importance of considering a variety of cultural nuances when creating and delivering communications.
- A forward-thinking and dynamic who is motivated by challenge and is equally comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Professional fluency in English both written and oral.
