We are a small accounting team at our location north of Munich and are responsible for the country organizations in Germany and Austria. You will apply your excellent understanding of business management in close cooperation with the professional teams within the organization and at the headquarters in Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities - demanding
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB/UGB/SWISS-GAAP in accordance with the Group Accounting Manual as well as local commercial and tax requirements
- Regular reporting of financial statement figures and KPI's to the headquarter
- Support in the consolidation of the financial figures of the Europe Central market cluster
- Monitoring and administration of charts of accounts, cost centers, profit centers and other COPA features for successful reporting control
- Monitoring data quality and performing system queries for analyses and reports
- Conduct regular audits of data and reports to ensure data integrity and provide training to other members of the finance team
Your qualifications - versatile
- Completed commercial training and/or completed technical or professional studies with a focus on finance, business administration or IT
- Several years of professional experience in relevant positions in the finance area, ideally within an international group structure
- Advanced experience in the process-oriented use and administration of SAP FI/CO
- Experience with data management, reporting and analysis tools (preferably PowerBI, Cognos)
- Fluency in German and very good command of English
