Mackenzie Stuart are collaborating with an innovative and forward thinking ingredients manufacturer to seek a Food Ingredients Sales Manager, Beverages (Soft Drinks). You should be able to build strong relationships with our existing customers to help build out the Beverage portfolio.

Responsibilities

– Responsibility for all business development activities for the soft drinks segment.

– Exploitation of existing and development of new potentials especially for Nutrition, Flavours & Colorants in Germany for existing customers.

– Definition and implementation of market strategy incl. coordination of annual budgets for own areas.

– Market and competition monitoring, identification of new business opportunities.

– Regular customer visits and calls, both directly and together with other sales colleagues.

– Report documentation in the CRM system (Salesforce).

– Provide technical support to customers in the development of new formulations and applications.

Qualifications

– Bachelors Degree in related fields.

• Experience in the Soft Drink/Beverage industry.

Fluent in English and German – Written and Spoken.

– Strong experience in the overall food and nutrition industry, especially in the bakery and/or dairy industries.

– Sales/business development experience with a track record of identifying business needs and creating appropriate solutions.

– Project management experience as well as knowledge of the distribution business is an advantage.

– Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills and a strong focus on results

– Willingness to travel regularly
