Do you have a proven track record in sales? We are seeking high-energy sales professionals for a new senior living community, being developed in Kirkwood, MO. The ideal candidates has a conceptual sales background, can apply current experience and is receptive to new training. If you are independent competitive, a self-starter, enjoy presentations, phone follow-up and extensive public contact. Compensation includes base salary, commissions/bonuses and benefits package.

The Sales Counselor meets with prospective residents to present and sell the Aberdeen Heights community life. The Sales Counselor generates sales referrals, responds to information, maintains regular contact with existing leads and prospects, achieves the community sales and move-in goals and exceeds hospitality and service standards.
Education, Experience and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Proven sales experience with at least one year of marketing/sales experience in the Continuing Care Retirement community industry preferred.
- Must be goal oriented and enjoy working with seniors.
- Knowledge of the CCRC model preferred.
