North Star Health is in search of a Telephone Triage Registered Nurse for one of it's busy office practices located in Charlestown, NH. The qualified applicant:

• Under the direct supervision and direction of the Practitioner, demonstrates the ability to perform procedures in an office setting
• Utilizes critical thinking skills
• Has the ability to teach
• Communicates with patients, team members and management in an accurate and timely manner
• Demonstrates competence in health promotion and disease prevention
• Manages self and resources effectively.

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• New Hampshire Nursing License (required)
• Vermont Nursing License (preferred)
• 1 year experience (preferred)
• Flexible, outgoing and comfortable floating within the North Star Health Clinics as needed for critical staffing needs.
