This position is part-time, 15-20 hours per week on weekdays. An occasional Saturday/Sunday shift may be requested. Opening Hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday 12 pm - 5 pm.

We're looking for a friendly and outgoing Retail Salesperson who likes talking with customers and making them feel comfortable in our women's apparel boutique. The ideal candidate exhibits consistent exceptional customer service and is able to problem solve should our customers need additional help.

Main responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Advises customers by providing information on products
• Process payments and collect customer information
• Ensures the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times
• Open and close the store
• Contributes to team efforts and projects
• Receive and process inventory shipments
• Uses judgement to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Able to think ahead and be proactive

Qualifications include:

• Prior retail experience in women's apparel is REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma is REQUIRED.
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Proficient with technology

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
