• The Retail Associate will assist customers with purchasing merchandise, answering customer’s questions, processing returns, etc.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Essential Job Duties

• Greet and interact with customers as they enter the store
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise

Additional Job Duties

• Collect payments according to store point of sale system requirements
• Demonstrate and explain available merchandise, selecting and suggesting options that align with the customer’s needs
• Answer customers’ questions about merchandise
• Retrieve desired merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
• Proactively contribute to a positive customer experience
• Process returns and exchanges
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the products and services the store offers
• Other job duties as assigned
