TITLE: Regional Sales Executive- Canada

JOB SUMMARY:

Regional Sales Executive is an entrepreneurial candidate looking to enter the highly coveted and exciting casino gaming industry. This position is focused on mastering the internal and external processes involved in the slot machine sales cycle. This representative will be focused on the Canadian region reporting directly to the V.P. of Sales, with a long-term path to become a contributing strategic manager for the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically position the company, its product lines, and its benefits to casino customers
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships based on trust with customers in the region
  • Deliver accurate and continual sales forecast in-line with company plan
  • Closely manage growth opportunities, product rollout, and commercial updates within region
  • Understand the company strategy and actively participate to shape it
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to customers of varying structures and size including some owned by the government
  • Prepare sales quotes, contracts and detailed production order forms
  • Accurately communicate timelines and schedules to internal and external customers
  • Able to work effectively among internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Gather and evaluate market product information and performance and report to organization
  • Represent company at tradeshows and other industry meetings

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Self-motivated individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced entertainment industry
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, negotiating, decision making, communication, analytical & entrepreneurial skills
  • Willingness to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the working calendar year for on-site customer visits, tradeshows and training meetings
  • Must reside within stated sales territory (or willing to relocate)
  • Outstanding communication skills in person and electronic with both internal and external customers
  • Excited and willing to work in casino/entertainment industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Ability to learn cloud-based CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Position may require registration with various state gaming control boards and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate
  • License to operate a vehicle and capable of air travel

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA strongly considered
  • Proven track record of sales quota achievement
  • 1- 3 years of experience preferred
