CORE COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for all recruiting and recruiting outreach activities to develop and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce. Specific responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with management staff engaged in recruiting activities, managing the candidate experience, regulatory compliance associated with recruiting, recommending and optimizing recruiting technology, utilizing social media for recruiting purposes including sourcing candidates, maintaining a strong recruiting presence in the community, and continuous process improvement. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Responsible for all recruiting and recruiting outreach activities to develop and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce. Specific responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with management staff engaged in recruiting activities, managing the candidate experience, regulatory compliance associated with recruiting, recommending and optimizing recruiting technology, utilizing social media for recruiting purposes including sourcing candidates, maintaining a strong recruiting presence in the community, and continuous process improvement. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Creates and manages beginning to end recruiting and selection processes utilizing the latest technology based on policy, HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency.
- Develops overall communication and corporate branding strategies for recruiting including using social media platforms, website presence, giveaways, etc.
- Builds outreach strategy, uses sourcing tools and resources, and develops programing that increases engagement in energy careers among potential current and future candidates.
- Partners and collaborates with management completing the recruiting and selection process, including monitoring management compliance throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Leads selected candidates through the selection process including interviewing, pre-employment testing, onboarding activities, and transition into the company to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participates in compliance activities in relation to Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP guidelines, etc.
- Works with system administrators to implement, test, and optimize the recruiting module of the HRIS.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration, and
- At least two years of experience in area of assignment, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
