Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand how customers shop online and use strategic thinking and innovation to create a seamless and fresh site experience for the customers.
  • Constantly looking for ways to set apart from the competition, driving new and enhanced functionality to make the shopping experience easy and convenient.
  • Managing scrum teams (frontend/backend) .
  • Use site data, customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry-standard methodologies to identify areas of opportunity to improve/enhance digital experiences to drive greater customer engagement and sales throughout.
  • Establish a clear measurement framework, define critical site metrics, track and analyze performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with ECommerce, Logistics, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver on schedule.
  • Communicate/report to the business about team’s velocity and projects’ health
  • Prepare and manage project plans, documentation, risk mitigation, and resource management in Confluence for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs
  • Be available as necessary to troubleshoot urgent issues and remove impediments for the team

Eligibility:

  • 10+ years in Program/Project Management, or similar role in ECommerce industry
  • Bachelors degree in any related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, Magento 2 (other eCommerce platforms), Excel, CMS tools, CDP tools along with a robust understanding of Agile scrum, SDLC methodologies and eCommerce and content management platforms
  • Background and interest in design-based industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce system architecture and eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of responsive design on Mobile/Desktop and A/B, MVT and other testing methods
  • Naturally inquisitive, independent critical thinker, proactive problem-solver and detail-oriented, grounded in sound business judgment
