Broadway Ventures is seeking a Program Manager (PM) that shall be responsible for the oversight of the program’s contract requirements, and overall operations and delivery of the work performed as specified in the customers Statement of Objectives (SOO).

Broadway Ventures supports U.S. Government customers on critical development and sustainment programs to design, build, deliver, and operate network operations environments including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats.

Headquartered in Amite, LA, we have customer delivery teams at multiple customer locations across the US. Broadway has 65 employees and is growing with $7 million in annual revenue. Broadway is an SBA approved 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and is located in a Historically Underutilized Small Business Zone (HUBZone).

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring staffing is appropriate to the task

• Maintaining effective lines of communication within internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure that the system and software processes affecting areas such as quality, cost, schedule, and performance are predictable, repeatable, and manageable, and meet and/or exceed commercial best practices

• Assure an adequate quality assurance program and processes are in place and strictly adhered to for all tasks

• Ensure monthly cost reports are submitted timely and accurately in a manner that yields cost savings and/or performance efficiencies, including a plan to correct any variances or projected rate adjustments

• Provide Timely and quality submissions of deliverables and ad-hoc requests and;

• Maintain business relations with CMS and all other stakeholders and partners.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

• IT Program Management experience; 5 years (Preferred)

• Excellent conflict management, time management and interpersonal skills required.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude and passion for learning new technologies.

• Proven experience managing development in an Agile environment.

• Strong presentation and report writing experience.

• Professional Services experience with a track record of customer project success: 5 years (Preferred)

• HHS, CMS experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Desired Skills:

• Background with test and server monitoring tools

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including development of customizations beyond out-of-box

• Experience with concurrency, multithreading, and the deployment of distributed system architectures

• Understanding of database schemas, table spaces, indexing, and performance optimization techniques

• Experience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environments

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and experience

• Experience with collaboration tools including MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Atlassian Jira Align

• Experience with large-scale production environments

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred - Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
