This position is for Microelectronics Product leader, this role will develop and execute the strategy for the microelectronics products line. The role requires a strong microelectronics process and/or product knowledge to be able to develop product roadmaps. The position will collect voice of the customer data and work with engineering to launch standard products out of the Plymouth Foundry. The role will require business development activities to understand the needs of the customers using radiation hardened microelectronics and make sure the foundry is driving to meet the needs. The role will also set the catalog pricing on all standard products and sign off on all project pricing.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years’ experience and expertise within semiconductor technical or business field
- Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance
- BS/BA/Master’s degree in engineering or business
