The Shift leader/ Asst Mgr helps to manage all operations of the store with the general manager. The goal of this position is to help the GM and future promotion to upper management if that is the desired goal. Shift times most likely 2 - 9:45pm and/or 11:00- 7:00.

DUTIES

• Work with the general manager on all aspects of running the restaurant.
• Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action.
• Ensures that employee handbook and all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
• Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health/sanitation regulations.
• Assists in properly staffing store and training.
• Assists in handling customer complaints and issues.
