Job description

We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for our Corpus Christi office.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Delivers/Picks-up all requested products and equipment (DME) to patient homes and facilities.
• Responsible for educating and instructing patients in the proper use of the equipment.
• Responsible for timely patient scheduling, setup and follow-up of services as well as equipment maintenance in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Acquires all needed patient information/demographics, signatures, and other documentation needed for proper billing following all HIPAA guidelines, company policies and facility regulations.
• Collects co-insurance payments and balances owed at time of set-up or pick-up.
• On-Call responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test for employment. A clean driving record and valid drivers license are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
