Halls Signature Events is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our established and reputable pastry program
. We are the private events and off-site catering branch of Hall Management Group- home of Halls Chophouse, Slightly North of Broad, High Cotton, and Rita's Seaside Grille.
We want a detail-oriented, motivated pastry professional to bring creativity and energy to our program. You must have at least one year's experience as a pastry cook in the private events or catering field to apply.
You are:

- Prepping, measuring ingredients
- Cake and dessert decorating
- Baking for large format events as well as for distribution to our sister properties in Charleston
- Expediting during service
- Following recipes and SOPs
