Overview:

The Operations Coordinator, C Spire Business and Home will report to the Executive Vice President and provides administrative and operational support to the business and home line of business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department and management team members to enhance efficiency, and productivity.
- Schedule, organize and arrange logistics for meetings, training and travel.
- Schedule and organize department and other department sponsored functions.
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders for approval and submission. Handle the processing of mail and department packages.
- Maintain documentation such as mailing lists, processes, e-mail lists, phone lists, etc.
- Stock office supplies and reorder when needed. Keep facilities organized.
- Prepare legal contracts.
- Coordinate building captains ensuring that all issues are reported and resolved, any moves are coordinated without business interruption.
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Have the ability and drive to consistently get things done, efficiently, expeditiously and without hesitation regardless of obstacles or challenges
- Be extremely organized and able to manage own work with resourcefulness, diligence and urgency, requiring little follow-up
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Be able to communicate and interact with all members of a department.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask and exercise effective decision-making ability.
- Have a professional demeanor.
- Have three years of administrative or operations experience for multiple departments and management team members.
Associated degree in English, business or related field preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen.
