Estimated starting salary for this position is $842-$1,052 per week
Job Specifications:
- Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex subjects in manageable pieces to banking and non-banking staff.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills and experience in cross-departmental efforts.
- 2 - 4 years college or equivalent work experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Electronic Banking.
- Ability to research, identify and resolve problems concerning customer applications and customer contact.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a high level of productivity and complete all assigned tasks.
- Maintain sound execution practices when performing daily assigned tasks for the Electronic Banking Department.
- Assist in the supervision of appropriate controls through updates and adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Function as customer care specialist by providing 2nd line telephone support to customers and internal departments for specified job functions as scheduled.
- Assure compliance with Electronic Network Rules and Regulations by attending industry related training classes, webcasts and forums.
- Establish new customers and associated access by using the Core, EFT processing, and other third party systems.
- Grant customers access to services by performing required security procedures to authenticate customer identity to either establish or reset passwords.
- Promote customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies by recommending opportunities for improvement.
