Fast-paced installation and Service Company seeks polished experienced energetic, dedicated resourceful, detailed, results-oriented hands-on working Office Manager/Director with a can-do attitude. Must have a college degree and demonstrate competence in employee development, team building, and customer service programs. Applicant must have a proven 10-year track record in management and interpersonal skills.
The qualified candidate shall also be responsible for hiring and overseeing company personnel plus overseeing the day-to-day P&L operations of the office. The applicant must have a proven level of professionalism, customer focus, and time management skills.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone etiquette and strong computer skills in MS word, and Excel, typing skills of 50 + WPM, and QuickBooks as well as an excellent command of the English language.
