Young Minds Early Enrichment, LLC is a NYC DOH Approved Early Intervention Agency. We are currently interviewing NYS Licensed Occupational Therapists to provide a combination of home based and community based services.
Positions are available in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide natural therapeutic setting-based occupational therapy services to children ages birth to 3
- Provide therapy services to improve fine motor development, address sensory concerns, and increase strength and dexterity
- Promote skills for listening and following directions
- Perform early intervention assessments
- Assist with daily skills while following goals and outcomes from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education / Work Experience / Skills:
- NYS Occupational Therapist License
- 1-2 years working with special needs children and/or pediatric experience

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per half hour of home based or community based services (based on years of experience)

Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour
