The Night Auditor assures the highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service from 11 pm-7 am.

Job Description:

• Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries

• Checks guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner

• Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash or credit card

• Ensures that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained

• Offers guests assistance whenever possible

• Responsible for running the night audit reports properly

• Answers inquiries about hotel policies and services

• Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property

• Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security

• Prepares complimentary breakfast for guest

• Ensures cleaning tasks are done properly and accordingly

• Laundry

Hours are 11 pm to 7 am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
