ANTICIPATED START DATE IS AUGUST 10, 2023
The Secured Entrance Monitor (SEM) Paraeducator is often the first school encounter of the day for many students and visitors. It's important that this individual likes working with high school aged children and can be clear and direct while also remaining warm and professional. This individual will monitor students and visitors entering and exiting the building along with other duties pertaining to secured entry (such as documentation, tardy slips, camera monitoring, etc.). Additional duties will involve data entry and record keeping for building programs. Position will report to the Assistant Principal.
Candidate must care about and enjoy working with young adults. Be organized and detail oriented, and flexible. Candidate should also have experience in one or more of the following areas: security, customer service, receptionist, or working with teenagers.
Must successfully complete training prior to starting.

Work schedule is 7:00 aam to 3:30 pm (including a 30 minute lunch).
