We are now looking for a professional and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our senior management team. This is a full time, in-person role, located in our office in Henrico, VA. This role will lead our marketing team and prior e-commerce marketing success is required.
Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager for Cloth & Paper, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid search, and other digital marketing channels, while working with the other Senior Managers within the company to execute product launches and other campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, values, and aesthetic.
- Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including organic social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest), paid social platforms (Google, Facebook and Pinterest), Email/ SMS (Klaviyo), and Affiliate Marketing
- Lead the creation of original photo and video content from concept to finished product
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention
- Manage the Affiliate Marketing strategy, measuring and reporting success to the management team
- Oversee SEO strategy, working with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain and improve rankings
- Lead efforts to increase conversion rate by optimizing the overall U/X experience, staying up to date with industry trends
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or related industries.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation software and tools.
- Passion for delivering results and achieving growth goals.
- Strong Knowledge of paid ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of e-mail marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
- Ability to lead creative content creation.
- Past experience in E-commerce, preferably in a Shopify based business
- Past experience in managing website copy, listing, apps, etc. is a plus
- Past experience in managing product launches and pricing strategy is a plus
This role is one of 4 Senior Managers and reports to the Chief Creative Officer
This role manages the E-mail Graphic Designer, Content Marketing Specialist, Photographer/ Videographer and Content Creators.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM, in-office with some work from home
