What's the Short Version?
The Marketing Manager, Brand is responsible for leading our brand marketing and communication strategy to highlight the SanMar brand and help drive thought leadership in the promotional products industry. They define and develop brand marketing initiatives that align to company brand and culture and deliver on overall business objectives and strategic priorities. They work with internal/external partners to manage our communication strategy across media outlets.

The ability to articulate and positively manage communication plans and messaging across multiple channels and teams is critical for success. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a motivated marketer who recognizes the power of marketing to drive consideration in competitive marketplaces.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Develop strategic marketing and communication campaigns that deliver on SanMar brand priorities and furthers our business transformation.
  • Execute marketing plans that drive our brand purpose and identify opportunities to deliver improved brand experience.
  • Partner closely with leadership across marketing and key partners to develop messaging and content strategy.
  • Partner with marketing managers and internal creative teams to ensure brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant brand marketing experience with emphasis on corporate communications
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Successful working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and partners.
  • Ability to successfully partner with key stakeholders including internal and external partners.
  • Positive attitude, works well with a team, open to feedback and seeks continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $90,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 7 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
