How you’ll make an impact:
SiriusXM is seeking a manager of product delivery to join the SiriusXM product team. In this role you will work at the intersection of product, design and engineering to manage the end to end execution of initiatives. You will assist in coordinating all aspects of the product development lifecycle in your quest to deliver programs & initiatives that support SiriusXM’s goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate relentlessly seeks organization efficiencies and enjoys building strong relationships with all of their cross-functional partners.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely and partner with product owners to progress each of their initiatives

• Collaborate cross functionally in a highly matrixed environment to deliver product initiatives from end to end

• Develop and refine delivery processes for the product team and partner with design ops and engineering TPMs to ensure alignment

• Communicate with product leadership the status and overall progress of all in-flight initiatives and expose areas of risk where necessary

• Assist with all areas of product operations and processes including intake, backlog refinement and roadmap prioritization and shareouts

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years of project management work experience

• 2+ years of experience managing a project management team

• Strong background in product management or software engineering

• Experience in the streaming media space

• Obsession with delivering quality products and software

• Proven track record for delivering initiatives on aggressive timelines

• Highly proficient working in an agile software development environment with agile methodologies

• Must have legal right to work in the US.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $130,000 to $180,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
